We are expanding in 2024 and are looking for a full-time Sales Agent to join our dynamic team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand homebuilding quality, standards, and construction requirements, and conduct on-site walk-throughs of completed homes with clients and stakeholders.
- Research market trends and real estate conditions in the Bay Area to assist in setting competitive listing prices.
- Market and promote AL Homes properties through presentations, meetings, and marketing activities, including online/offline promotion and open houses.
- Understand core client needs and provide professional real estate consulting services, guiding clients through all stages of the sales process.
- Build and nurture client relationships through excellent customer service to enhance business development and establish effective customer relationship management.
- Manage the customer relationship management system to accurately reflect engagement and integrate resources for relationship management.
- Negotiate effectively to create win-win solutions, support contract negotiations, and monitor transaction progress in collaboration with other real estate professionals.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the company’s property resources while fostering strong relationships with homeowners.
Job Requirements:
- English speaker.
- Real estate license required or expected to obtain in 6 months.
- Strong interest in the real estate market, with relevant residential or commercial sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer use and eager to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills; positive, motivated, and responsible with a strong team spirit.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
